- How do you show wood grain through a photo?

Our printers do print white when the option is selected in our extras section. If not selected this means areas on your photo which are white will display as wood on your Woodpic. Example can be seen in our extras section.
- How do I get the absolute best quality print?

Our quality checker will not allow any image under 100DPI from being processed. 100DPI is the level we deem as being an acceptable print quality for a Woodpic without being too limiting on which images you can use. You can check your photos exact DPI in Adobe Photoshop by making it the size you require and checking the DPI. To take advantage of our highest quality print we would advise ensuring your photo is 150DPI+.
- I’m using the Facebook uploader tool, but I am not sure that my images are of a high enough quality?

If you are being prompted with a messege about the file size of your images this may mean that when you originally uploaded your images to Facebook you did not select the "High Quality" option. If this is the case all your photos on Facebook will have been compressed and as a result may not be suitable for printing on a Woodpic. If you are unsure then please email your images to hello@woodpic.co.uk and one of our experts will check it for you.
- How long does it take to deliver my Woodpic?

Delivery options range from 5-7 working days subject to product and the delivery option selected. For Woodpic retailers we are able to provide a faster turn around, subject to rush rates.

If you do not love your woodpic return to us and we will 100% refund your purchase. Returns must be completed within 10 working days of you reserving the goods (custom prints not included). They must also be returned as supplied and un damaged.

Returns & Replacements
Under the distance selling Regulations, if you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return goods for credit subject to the following conditions:
• You inform us within five working days of receipt of the product(s). Please note custom size prints are not eligible for returns.

• Wall art goods are to be returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging

All artworks are provided as a bespoke service to the client on a one to one basis, based on the designs shown on Woodpic store. You, as the customer give the full responsible to recreate the said item based on your size and style requests.
Damages
Full refunds will be made by Woodpic.co.uk for items lost or damaged in transit. You should keep all packaging and/or item as received and notify us within 1 day of the item arriving in the damaged condition to be eligible for a exchange.

Ordering and Personalised Images
By uploading images to our automated order processing system you are confirming that you have all relevant permissions to use and reproduce your supplied art work file. Woodpic.co.uk accept no responsibility for any subsequent action taken by third parties against you should your file contravene copyright legislation.
All uploaded images will meet our minimum requirement of image quality which is equivalent to 72DPI. To ensure best reproduction of your image we recommend you check your file is at the optimum DPI level which is 300DPI. The image upload provides a low resolution preview, this is the final proofing stage, once this preview has been accepted and order confirmed through payment all artworks are final.

You the user take sole responsibility when ensuring your account information is current and up to date. This includes delivery and payment details. Any inaccuracies could result in orders taking longer to process or additional delivery charges to recover and redeliver to correct addresses.
